| RESPONSIBLE TO: || Training Manager|
| JOB PURPOSE: || As part of the Project Delivery Team to contribute to the assessment of clients, identify vocational goals as well as training needs and to develop relevant work placements. Assess and profile all placements and assist clients to integrate fully into the workplace. Monitor and evaluate performance and development to ensure client progression. Work alongside employers to introduce and embed best practice as regards supported employment.|
The duties of the post are not exhaustive, but serve as a guide to the current and major responsibilities of the post. Agoriad is a growing organisation and is operating in a dynamic environment. In order to maintain its survival and employees it may from time to time need to vary the role and responsibilities of the post. In view of this, the job description will be reviewed on a regular basis and may need to be altered. Such changes will be in consultation with the post holder.

Full Time Fixed Term Post until May 2021
Salary range: £16,500 to £17,500 (under review)

Funded by the Big Lottery Fund, Agoriad Cyf is part of a consortium of organisations to deliver the Engage to Change project. Consortium partners include Learning Disability Wales, ELITE Supported Employment Agency Ltd, All Wales People First and Cardiff University. We are seeking a job coach to work with us across mid Wales, who will help make this project a success for our participants and develop a legacy model.
We are seeking a job coach to work across south Gwynedd, north Powys and north Ceredigion.
We will consider requests for part time or job share for this position
